How the onboarding flow works
Open your invite link
Click the secure link emailed by your coach or admin. It pre-fills your account details so you can get going quickly.
Confirm your details
Review your name, add a preferred nickname, choose units, and agree to the GDPR notice so we can keep your data safe.
Create your password
Set a strong password, submit, and Accept will redirect you straight to the ABC Level apps that match your role.
Questions before you start?
Here are the answers people usually need before completing their invite.
Do I need anything before I start?
Yes. Make sure you have the invite email from your gym or organisation. The Accept flow needs its token to identify you.
What if my link expired?
Tokens are time-limited for security. Ask your coach or admin to send a fresh invite and you can try again in seconds.
Where do I go after accepting?
Accept will automatically send athletes to the ABC Level athlete app and staff to the admin app once setup is complete.
